Just..... Incredible. Having visited all of the coffee shops around Bailgate and uphill Lincoln, this place is incredible. From menu, to price, to the simply amazing staff team this is an absolute must visit if you are out for coffee...coffee and cake.... lunch...or simply a get together with family and friends. We were made to feel welcome, the food and drink commands a price twice what we paid and the staff were simply amazing. If Michelin gave stars for coffee shops, we've just experienced the finest there is. Thank you so much, we will be back!!! Whatever it is your team have...BOTTLE IT and sell that, it is rare the customer service meets the incredibly high standards of the menu, but you have nailed it, THANK YOU

First time popping in, just for a latte to go. Service was 10/10 greeted so beautifully. The ladies are so sweet and nice. Atmosphere is wonderful definitely will come and try more when u have more time.

Have a nice range of vegan food and milks, served by a lovely lady. Loved their white chocolate vegan flapjack, since the chocolate was super creamy and ‘milky’- lacking that synthetic taste/ mouthfeel vegan chocolate gives. Would go back for the friendly service and lovely ambience again but the food is amazing aswell.

Went here for first time today, went in just for a sandwich but ended up getting these Italian chicken panini's instead. They were so delicious and they come with lovely crisps and salad too. Thoroughly enjoyed with a hot drink. Service was lovely and friendly, highly recommend this lovely little place. Will definitely return when over that way again.

Used to go here back when I was at sixth form (over 10 years ago) and it's only gotten better since then, friendly staff, lovely food (massive slices of bread!), and brilliant coffee. Can't recommend it enough!

Went here for lunch yesterday for my birthday as a party 4 and a little one. We had 2 of the grazing platters to share between my sisters and I and my partner had a toasted bacon sarnie. All really nice food and the coffee was yummy too. The platter included some salad, breadsticks, chutney, brie, cheese, grapes hummus and a few more other bits. The cakes looked appealing but we were full from the platters. It was busy when we went around lunchtime and the wait was too long either

I hired coffee culture hykeham for a friend's baby shower and it was fantastic!! We had afternoon tea which was all absolutely delicious!!! All allergens were catered to fantastically! Staff were all amazing and I would highly recommend this place for any events or just coffee and cake!!!
